Alana Paolucci does it all. Recently, she made NYC a more permanent home, and since then, she has been flooded with opportunities to write, model, and act. Because of her talents, passions, and savvy, Alanna is an amazing muse for Belle en Argent. No matter how busy she gets, she makes sure to take time to focus, care for herself, and keep writing, and we love that about her. We’re just holding tight until she announces her next project, because everything she touches turns to sunshine.

I write, act, freelance, model, inhale, exhale, etc. etc. etc.

When did you know this is what you wanted to do?

I have many dreams and ambitions. My oldest loves are acting and writing, which I have done for most of my life. I took a little break from acting and now am getting back into it, which is really fun. I’m constantly finding new and interesting things I want to pursue, so we’ll see where life takes me.

What projects are you working on now?

Too many to list, follow and stay tuned

What is your dream project? Or dream collaboration?

I don’t really just have one single dream project. I guess right now it would be to write and act in my own film and to start some form of charitable foundation.

List 3 accomplishments you are most proud of:

Graduating from undergrad, overcoming a lot of obstacles that could have put me in a different mindset or situation than I currently am in, and not allowing myself to hold back on the things that I truly want in life, despite any negative things that people have to say about it.

Who is your favorite character from a movie?

I just watched Thelma and Louise again after liiiike 10 years and am super into how badass they are.

What is one thing you wish you could tell your younger self?

Be a little more selfish with your time. Don’t always feel obligated to make everyone else happy before you make yourself happy.

What is your favorite makeup product?

I’ve been using the L’Oreal Voluminous mascara for years and it is hands down the best. Sometimes drugstore products are the way to go!

 

If you had one shot at a red carpet event what type of look would you go for?

Probably something sleek and black.

Who do you admire and why? (this can be someone you know or a public figure)

I admire my dad a lot. He is very hardworking, generous, funny and loving. He’s taught me a lot.
